Role Summary/Purpose The Advanced Package Technology Engineer will join the Advanced Package Technology Group to develop advanced technology solutions for Package (Auxiliary) Systems and Services associated with aero-derivative gas turbines. In this role you will utilize innovative and creative thinking, challenge the status quo, exhibit initiative and desire to explore a wide range of technologies and apply new technologies as part of a multi-generation product development plan. Essential Responsibilities Lead the technical development and evaluation of assigned Package and Services Investment Research & Development (IR&D) and New Technology Introduction (NTI) product enhancement initiatives/programs associated with Gas Turbine Package systems and components Develop and manage the budgets, schedules and risk assessments in support of the IR&D and NTI initiatives / programs and co-ordinate the activities and deliverables across multi-function teams in accordance with relevant procedures and processes Communicate with key stakeholders including Engineering management, Product Line management, Manufacturing, research centers, etc. More... | |||
