Participates on the Voice Communications team in support of the company's voice telecommunications environment including: Avaya, cell phones, troubleshooting, vendor activities, circuit provisioning, cabling and inside wiring. Supports the day-to-day operations of the Call Center, Dealerships and Home Office. Works with other Infrastructure team members to develop a complete solution for new initiatives.

Under minimal direction responsibilities include: implement, maintain and troubleshoot Avaya S87XX/83XX/85XX class media servers and gateways running Avaya Communications Manager R5.2; IMS R3.1; Modular Messaging R5.0; Avaya Desktop Wallboard (DSI) and CMS R15 in a dispersed voice network that includes 86 remote locations, Home Office and 2 large Call Centers. Call Center skills highly desirable: VDN, Vector & Variables a must. Other job functions will be to assist in the planning, design, implementation and management of projects that may include new locations or deploying new technologies across the network.

Designs, Implements and supports the telephony infrastructure including: Avaya CM, VoIP, Modular Messaging, CMS, Dialer solutions, Infortel Call Accounting, and various Call Center applications.
